Return Policy

We want all our customers not only to be satisfied, but to be thrilled with their purchase. Due to all our items being handmade, we do offer returns and exchanges with a few conditions.

1)If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) at melissa@afhjewelry.com so we can help resolve any issues you may have and if necessary process your return or exchange.

2)Unfortunately, due to being a very small business and all of our items being handmade, we are unable to take returns on custom orders at this time. If you need to exchange a customized item for a different size, please contact us at melissa@afhjewelry.com.

3)If your items should arrive damaged or broken, please contact us immediately upon receiving the items so we can take whatever steps needed to resolve any issues as quickly as possible for you.
